Thank you for enquiring about sending and receiving data to/from Pactrak®

For shipment status data, we offer three Pactrak® standard formats:

• Gen-POD. Our most basic format, which is basically just final delivery data (PODs). See this link for details.
  
  
• Gen-Disp. Our "middle of the road" format, which adds interim shipment events like customs holds and delivery attempts to the file. See this link for details.
  
  
• Gen-Full. Our most complete file format, which adds much information about the shipment itself (pieces, weight, consignee), includes the POD and disposition information of the two simpler formats, and also offers additional shipment comments and transactions. See this link for details. PLEASE NOTE: This format is not available to all customers.

For European customers, we also support the Relayer and METACS formats for shipment status data.
